What I'm telling you is that in my view what the Supreme Court said is that there's a treaty right there, a treaty right that allows to fish, gather, and hunt.What I am trying to do is to make sure we live within that Supreme Court ruling, that we provide opportunity under the treaty right through buyback of licences.
