A lobster that may not store in a storage facility or a holding facility for three or four months until you are ready to ship it can make excellent top quality processed product, and we are seeing that now because we can produce some of the best world class frozen product, but that fish may not travel for 48 hours or 72 hours by plane all over the world and it may not store for three, six or up to eight months for the live trade.
