By letter of 16 December 2010 of the Chairman of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (Juan Fernando López Aguilar) to the Minister for Home Affairs of the Belgian Presidency of the Council (Annemie Turtelboom), the Parliament required the evaluation reports concerning Bulgaria and Romania, any reports made concerning re-visits, as well as the recommendations made to each one of them and the information on the state of play regarding the implementation of these recommendations by the MS concerned.
Par lettre du 16 décembre 2010 du président de la commission des libertés civiles, de la justice et des affaires intérieures (Juan Fernando López Aguilar) à la ministre des affaires intérieures de la Présidence belge du Conseil (Annemie Turtelboom), le Parlement a demandé accès aux rapports d'évaluation concernant la Bulgarie et la Roumanie, à l'ensemble des rapports établis à la suite de nouvelles visites, ainsi qu'aux recommandations adressées à chacun des deux pays et aux informations sur la situation concernant la mise en œuvre de ces recommandations par l'État membre concerné.
