If Ms. Ambrose belongs to institution X and Mr. Loubier belongs to institution Y, and Mr. Loubier's institution goes into bankruptcy and the auditor is found liable, if it's on a modified proportionate liability, then Ms. Ambrose will indirectly end up paying for the financial difficulties of Mr. Loubier's institution.

[English] Mr. Richard Harris (Cariboo—Prince George, CPC): Mr. Chairman, of course, I'd like to support Mr. Loubier's proposal, because hopefully it will lead to an answer to a question that's been on the mind of Mr. Loubier as well as of members of the Conservative Party who have sat on this committee, who have sat in the House of Commons, and who have listened to the questions Mr. Loubier didn't get any answers to for so many years.
