What we're talking about and what we're looking at is a slow and well thought out consistent phasing out of non-sustainable fuel sources, while other fuel sources including wind, solar, geothermal, tidal, run of the river are ramped up. Couple that with demand-side management, which simply means that we use energy more efficiently and probably use less of it overall.
