Fourthly, even if the e-mail of 14 September 2009 did not constitute rejection of her complaint, the applicant argues that the application for legal aid suspended the time-limit for bringing the action until the date of the notification of the order of the President of the Tribunal granting legal aid, namely 10 March 2010, the date on which the time-limit began to run again.
