I. considérant que, le 25 septembre 2013, Navi Pillay a demandé au gouvernement sri-lankais de tirer parti du délai restant avant qu'elle ne remette son rapport au Conseil des droits de l'homme des Nations Unies en mars 2014, pour engager un processus national crédible aboutissant à des résultats concrets, y compris l'exercice de poursuites pénales à l'encontre des auteurs des crimes, faute de quoi la communauté internationale aura le devoir de mettre sur pied ses propres mécanismes d'enquête;

This commitment, dated 10 March 2014, was submitted to the sellers on 11 March 2014, i.e. on the date scheduled for the meeting of the Creditors' Committee, in which the latter intended to decide on the award of the Nürburgring assets.
