Where the applicant is a married minor whose spouse is not legally present on the territory of the Member States, the Member State responsible shall be the Member State where the father, mother or other adult responsible for the minor, whether by law or by the practice of that Member State, or sibling is legally present.
Lorsque le demandeur est un mineur marié dont le conjoint ne se trouve pas légalement sur le territoire des États membres, l’État membre responsable est l’État membre où le père, la mère, ou un autre adulte responsable du mineur de par le droit ou la pratique de l’État membre concerné, ou l’un de ses frères ou sœurs se trouve légalement.
