2. When language versions are not provided for through the Official Journal of the European Union in case of amendments to these Statutes that do not require a Commission Decision, BBMRI-ERIC shall provide translations into the official languages of its EU Members.

Any Member may, in exceptional circumstances and subject to the consent of the Governing Board and the Steering Committee of any relevant ITDs, withdraw from the Clean Sky Joint Undertaking. Following withdrawal, the former Member shall be discharged from any obligation other than those already undertaken through contracts entered into with the Clean Sky Joint Undertaking and with other Members in accordance with these Statutes prior to the Member's withdrawal.

70. reconnaît qu'il importe de veiller à l'existence des garanties nécessaires à la protection des droits des assistants employés par les députés, y compris une couverture appropriée d'assurance et de sécurité sociale, et à réaliser cet objectif par l'application pleine et entière par les instances du Parlement de l'article 14 de la réglementation concernant les frais et indemnités des députés et par l'adoption d'un statut des assistants;
