Where it is found during exploitation that the natural mineral water is polluted and no longer presents the microbiological characteristics laid down in Article 5, the person exploiting the spring shall forthwith suspend all exploitation, particularly the bottling process, until the cause of pollution is eradicated and the water complies with the provisions of Article 5.
Lorsqu’il est constaté, en cours d’exploitation, que l’eau minérale naturelle est polluée et ne satisfait plus aux caractéristiques microbiologiques prévues à l’article 5, l’exploitant est tenu de suspendre sans délai toute exploitation, en particulier l’opération d’embouteillage, jusqu’à ce que la cause de la pollution soit supprimée et que l’eau soit conforme aux dispositions de l’article 5.

Where it is found during exploitation that the natural mineral water is polluted and no longer presents the microbiological characteristics laid down in Article 5, the person exploiting the spring must forthwith suspend all operations, particularly the bottling process, until the cause of pollution is eradicated and the water complies with the provisions of Article 5.

Lorsqu'il est constaté, en cours d'exploitation, que l'eau minérale naturelle est polluée et ne satisfait plus aux caractéristiques bactériologiques prévues à l'article 5, l'exploitant est tenu de suspendre sans délai toute opération d'exploitation, en particulier l'opération d'embouteillage, jusqu'à ce que la cause de la pollution soit supprimée et que l'eau soit conforme à l'article 5.

The sampling procedures and the methods of analysis necessary for checking the microbiological characteristics referred to in Article 5 and the compositional characteristics referred to in 1.2 of Annex I, Section II, shall be determined in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 12.
