Sur le total de cette aide, des subventions à hauteur de 360,8 millions de marks allemands (191,2 millions d'écus), des remboursements de l'impôt sur les sociétés à hauteur de 11,4 millions (6,1 millions d'écus) et un amortissement spécial sur les investissements engagés en 1991 dont le montant reste à déterminer, ont déjà été accordés.
