An attempt is being made to lay aside the social, political and democratic crisis and the significance of the French referendum, and to do so by focusing solely on the intergovernmental method, which has even prevented parliaments – including myself, for example – from being privy to the Berlin Declaration, and on continuing with the old liberalist treaty, perhaps eager to create a minimalist version of it.
Je ne suis toutefois pas d’accord avec la méthode et les moyens utilisés pour y parvenir. On tente de faire abstraction de la crise sociale, politique et démocratique et de l’importance du référendum français, en se concentrant uniquement sur la méthode intergouvernementale, qui a déjà empêché des parlements - dont le mien - d’être au courant de la déclaration de Berlin, et sur la continuité avec le vieux Traité libéraliste, en espérant sans doute en créer une version minimaliste.
