(2) The expressions “adjoining area” , “gas” , “oil” , “oil and gas interest” , “territorial oil and gas minister” and “Yukon oil and gas laws” in sections 20 to 28 have the same meaning as in section 2 of the Yukon Act, as it read immediately before the coming into force of this subsection.
(2) Pour l’application des articles 20 à 28, les termes « droit pétrolier ou gazier » , « gaz » , « ministre territorial responsable des ressources pétrolières et gazières » , « ordonnance pétrolière ou gazière » , « pétrole » , « ressources pétrolières ou gazières » et « zone adjacente » s’entendent au sens de l’article 2 de la Loi sur le Yukon, dans sa version antérieure à la date d’entrée en vigueur du présent article.
