The Leader of the Opposition, Senator Lynch-Staunton, talked about the process involving a former Prime Minister. It seems that this sloppy way of conducting the affairs of the nation, to our great embarrassment before the rest of the world, goes on with the Prime Minister himself, because he has told us that the reason he got on this foreign affairs escapade was that he was sitting home one night watching television reading a French novel entitled Menaud, Maître-draveur.
