Considers that the organisation of thematic workshops should be reconsidered so that they relate more closely to the work of the plenary sessions; suggests, in this connection, especially when a session is held in an ACP country, that priority be given to practical issues linked to the local situation, and that arrangements be made for in situ visits as part of their business in order to make the workshops more open to civil societies and jointly to devise operational proposals to be submitted to the JPA;
16. considère que l'organisation des ateliers thématiques doit être repensée de manière à améliorer leur intégration aux travaux des sessions plénières; suggère à cet égard, en particulier quand la session se déroule dans un pays ACP, de privilégier des thèmes concrets, liés aux réalités locales, et de rendre possible des visites sur le terrain dans le cadre de leurs travaux, afin d'ouvrir davantage les ateliers aux sociétés civiles et d'élaborer conjointement des préconisations opérationnelles à soumettre à l'APP;
