Mr. Derek Lee (Scarborough-Rouge River, Lib.): Mr. Speaker, on behalf of Nigerians whose voices cannot be heard from behind prison bars, I would like to draw the attention of the House to activities engaged in by the de facto government in the Commonwealth country of Nigeria as they relate to human rights.

Derek Lee (Scarborough-Rouge River, Lib.): Monsieur le Président, au nom des Nigérians qui ne peuvent se faire entendre parce qu'ils croupissent dans les prisons, je voudrais attirer l'attention de la Chambre sur les activités auxquelles se livre le gouvernement de facto du Nigéria, pays du Commonwealth, en matière de droits de la personne.
