I would preface my comments by saying that as I was preparing last evening I was sad to receive news that Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim, an ordnance clearance supervisor of the Norwegian People's Aid in Lebanon, was killed by a cluster munition last Friday during clearance operations there.

Mohammed Ibrahim, superviseur du nettoyage de munitions de Norwegian People's Aid, au Liban, a été tué par une arme à sous-munitions, vendredi dernier, alors qu'il participait à des opérations de déblaiement.
