3. observe que le gouvernement kazakh s'est dit prêt à traiter les revendications légitimes des travailleurs du secteur pétrolier et l'invite à y donner réellement suite en entamant un véritable dialogue social, en abordant dûment les questions liées au travail, et à cesser de pénaliser financièrement les travailleurs du secteur pétrolier pour leur participation aux grèves en 2011, et exprime dans ce contexte son inquiétude quant à l'arrestation de travailleurs du secteur pétrolier, dont Talgat Saktaganov, Rosa Tuletaeva, Maksat Dosmugambetov, Natalia Azhigalieva, Aiman Ungarbaeva, Zhanar Saktaganova et Akhzanat Animov, suite aux émeutes les ayant opposés à la police le 16 décembre;
