The exemption of the agreements applies to the following activities: the joint fixing of sailing times, the exchange of space or slots on vessels, vessel and port facility pooling arrangements, a joint operations office, joint operation of port terminals, participation in a tonnage and/or revenue pool, joint exercise of the voting rights held by a consortium in the liner conference within which its members operate, and a joint marketing structure.
L'exemption des accords s'applique aux activités suivantes : fixation commune d'horaires de voyage, échange d'espaces ou de slots sur les navires, accords de poolings, bureau d'exploitation conjointe, mise à disposition en commun de terminaux portuaires, participation à un pool de tonnage ou de recettes, exercice en commun des droits de vote au sein des consortia, structure de commercialisation commune.
