11. In the case of any dispute as to the time of staking a location, entitlement shall be recognized according to the priority of the placing of the post or tube, at the northeast corner, subject to any questions as to the validity of the record itself, and subject to the applicant having complied with all the terms and conditions of these Regulations.

En cas de contestation au sujet du moment où un emplacement a été piqueté la qualité d’ayant-droit est reconnue selon l’antériorité de la mise en place de la borne ou du tube à l’angle sud-est, sous réserve de tout doute quant à l’exactitude des faits énoncés et à la condition que le requérant se soit conformé à tous les termes et conditions du présent règlement.
