Smith: Could Senator Forrestall explain to us why, in opposing this bill, he disagrees with the position taken by the leader of his party, a fellow Nova Scotian from the PC caucus, and also Scott Brison, another colleague from Nova Scotia, both of whom, on third reading of the bill, voted for it in the House?

Smith: Le sénateur Forrestall pourrait-il nous expliquer, lorsqu'il s'oppose à ce projet de loi, pour quelles raisons il n'est pas d'accord avec la position du chef de son parti, un néo- écossais comme lui du caucus du Parti conservateur, et avec celle de Scott Brison, un autre collègue de la Nouvelle-Écosse, qui ont tous deux voté en faveur du projet de loi lors de la troisième lecture à la Chambre?
