TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

These new decisions should apply from 30 May 2002 as regards Mr Shafiq Ben Mohamed Ben Mohamed Al-Ayadi and from 21 November 2003 as regards Mr Faraj Faraj Hussein Al-Sa’idi, given the preventive nature and objectives of the freezing of funds and economic resources under Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 and the need to protect legitimate interests of the economic operators, who have been relying on the decisions made in 2002 and 2003.
Il convient d’appliquer ces nouvelles décisions à compter du 30 mai 2002 en ce qui concerne M. Shafiq Ben Mohamed Ben Mohamed Al-Ayadi et du 21 novembre 2003 en ce qui concerne M. On 19 October 2001 Chafiq Ayadi, a Tunisian national resident in Dublin, Ireland, and on 20 November 2003 Faraj Hassan, a Libyan national, held in Brixton Prison, United Kingdom, pending the outcome of extradition proceedings brought by the Italian authorities, were added to the Community list in question.
Le 19 octobre 2001, Chafiq Ayadi, ressortissant tunisien résidant à Dublin, Irlande, et le 20 novembre 2003, Faraj Hassan, ressortissant libyen, détenu à la prison de Brixton, Royaume-Uni, dans l’attente de l’issue d’une procédure d’extradition engagée à la demande des autorités italiennes, ont été inscrits sur la liste communautaire en question.
