In fact, in its Annual Report 2000-2001, entitled Towards Renewal, the Commission states that its first objective is “to plan the orientation, use and development of federal lands in the National Capital Region in consultation with other planning jurisdictions, to ensure that their evolution is consistent with the image, character and quality of life in the Capital”.
En fait, dans son rapport annuel pour 2000-2001, intitulé Vers un renouvellement, la Commission établit que son objectif prioritaire consiste à « planifier l’orientation, l’utilisation et l’aménagement des terrains fédéraux dans la RCN, en consultation avec d’autres intervenants en matière de planification, pour s’assurer que leur évolution est conforme à l’image et au caractère de la capitale et à la qualité de vie de sa population ».
