– having regard to its many previous resolutions on democracy and respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, including that of 12 May 2005 on the future of Europe sixty years after the Second World War, that of 23 October 2008on commemorating the victims of the Holodomor , and that of 15 January 2009 on Srebrenica,
– vu ses nombreuses résolutions précédentes sur la démocratie et le respect des libertés et des droits fondamentaux, notamment la résolution adoptée le 12 mai 2005 sur l'avenir de l'Europe soixante ans après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, celle du 23 octobre 2008 sur la commémoration de l'Holodomor, et celle du 15 janvier 2009 sur Srebrenica,
