During 2003 the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) finalised the reports on the joint audits carried out in 2002 with the Regional Policy DG in the four beneficiary Member States to look at their implementation of Regulation (EC) No 1831/94 as regards the systems and procedures for notifying and monitoring irregularities in this field.
Au cours de l’année 2003, l’Office européen de lutte antifraude (OLAF) a finalisé les rapports de l’audit conjoint avec la DG REGIO effectué en 2002 dans les quatre Etats membres bénéficiaires du Fonds de Cohésion sur la mise en œuvre par ceux-ci des dispositions du règlement n° 1831/94 de la Commission concernant les systèmes et les procédures pour la notification et le suivi des irrégularités dans ce domaine.

Regulation (EC) No 1027/2006 of the European Central Bank of 14 June 2006 on statistical reporting requirements in respect of post office giro institutions that receive deposits from non-monetary financial institution euro area residents (ECB/2006/8) (2) needs to be substantially amended, in particular in the light of Regulation (EU) No 549/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the European Union (3); therefore it should be recast in the interests of clarity.
Le règlement (CE) no 1027/2006 de la Banque centrale européenne du 14 juin 2006 relatif aux obligations de déclaration statistique concernant les organismes de chèques et virements postaux qui reçoivent des dépôts de résidents de la zone euro autres que les institutions financières monétaires (BCE/2006/8) (2) devant être modifié de façon substantielle, notamment au vu du règlement (UE) no 549/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 21 mai 2013 relatif au système européen des comptes nationaux et régionaux dans l’Union européenne (3), il convient, par souci de clarté, de procéder à sa refonte.
