D. considérant que la Pologne a introduit la demande EGF/2013/009 PL/Zachem en vue d'obtenir une contribution financière du FEM à la suite de 615 licenciements chez Zaklady Chemiczne Zachem et deux de ses fournisseurs en raison de la cessation de la production et de la restructuration de Zachem, entreprise relevant de la division 20 de la NACE Rév. 2 ("Industrie chimique"), située dans la voïvodie de Couïavie-Poméranie, région de niveau NUTS II; que 404 des 615 travailleurs licenciés sont inscrits comme chômeurs au bureau de l'emploi du district de Bydgoszcz; que les licenciements sont survenus durant la période de référence allant du 31 mars 2013 au 31 juillet 2013 et sont liés à un recul de la part de marché de l'Union européenne dans l'industrie chimique;
