Mr. Alan Young (Vice-President, Policy Division, Canadian Bankers Association): If I can just add to that, the fact is that the Canadian ombudsman's office has made a number of recommendations over the past two years it's been in place in favour of the bank customer and has recommended that the bank take action in favour of the customer.
