For the purposes of this Directive ‘official veterinarian’ and ‘third country’ mean the official veterinarian and third countries as defined in Council Directive 2004/68/EC of 26 April 2004 laying down animal health rules for the importation into and transit through the Community of certain live ungulate animals (8).

(d) The plants shall be planted only at premises officially registered and approved for the purposes of this derogation and of which the name of the owner and address of the site have been notified in advance by the person who intends to plant the plants to the responsible official bodies of the Member State in which the premises are situated; in those cases where the place of planting is situated in a Member State other than the Member State making use of this derogation, the responsible official bodies of the Member State making use of this derogation, at the moment of receipt of the advance notification from the importer, shall inform the responsible official bodies of the Member State in which the plants will be planted giving the name and addresses of the premises where the plants will be planted.
d) les végétaux ne sont plantés qu'en des lieux officiellement déclarés et agréés aux fins de la présente dérogation et dont le nom du propriétaire et l'adresse du site ont été notifiés à l'avance par la personne qui a l'intention de planter les végétaux aux organismes officiels responsables de l'État membre dans lequel se trouvent les lieux considérés; dans les cas où le lieu de plantation est situé dans un État membre autre que l'État membre faisant usage de la présente dérogation, les organismes officiels responsables de l'État membre faisant usage de la présente dérogation informent, au moment de la réception de la notification préalable de l'importateur, les organismes officiels responsables de l'État membre dans lequel les végétaux seront plantés, en indiquant le nom et les adresses des lieux où les végétaux seront plantés;
