A. whereas on 15 February 2012 there was an incident in the waters off the coast of India in which two local fishermen were killed, and whereas two Italian navy officers, Massimiliano Latorre and Salvatore Girone, were considered responsible and subsequently arrested; whereas the two officers were on the Italian oil tanker Enrica Lexie during their anti-piracy operations;
A. considérant que, le 15 février 2012, il s'est produit, au large des côtes de l'Inde, un incident à l'occasion duquel deux pêcheurs locaux ont été tués, et que deux marins de la marine militaire italienne, Massimiliano Latorre et Salvatore Girone, ont été considérés comme auteurs des faits, avant d'être arrêtés; que les deux fusiliers marins se trouvaient à bord de l'Enrica Lexie, pétrolier italien, pour participer à des opérations de lutte contre la piraterie;
