That an internal investigation of Senator Harb’s travel patterns and living expense claims be extended to the period prior to April 1, 2011; and 3. That expense claims submitted for reimbursement by Senator Harb be overseen by the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure of the Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration, from the date of the adoption of this report for a period not less than one year.

Pursuant to rule 13-6(1), the Senate proceeded to the consideration of the question of privilege of the Honourable Senator Harb regarding outside interference in the Senate's internal affairs, and the resulting damage to the reputation and integrity of the Senate.
