Every three years the Commission compiles a report for the European Parliament and the Council on the operation of the inspection system for traditional own resources.[1] The inspection of traditional own resources is based on Council Decision 2000/597/EC, Euratom of 29 September 2000,[2] Council Regulation No 1150/2000 of 22 May 2000[3] and Council Regulation No 1026/1999 of 10 May 1999.[4] This report, the fifth of this type,[5] describes and analyses the operation of the inspection system for traditional own resources for the period covering 2003 to 2005.

Les textes réglementaires sur lesquels se fonde le contrôle du système des RPT sont la décision 2000/597/CE, EURATOM du Conseil du 29 septembre 2000[2], le règlement n° 1150/2000 du Conseil du 22 mai 2000[3] et le règlement n° 1026/1999 du Conseil du 10 mai 1999[4]. Le présent rapport est le 5ème rapport de ce type[5]. Il présente et analyse le fonctionnement du système de contrôle des RPT pour la période couvrant les années 2003 à 2005.
