In paragraph 27 of that judgment, the General Court held that, since the applicants had failed to produce the slightest evidence which might rebut the presumption of validity enjoyed by European Union measures, it was not appropriate for the Court to order the measures of inquiry requested.
En effet, il est vrai que, au point 27 dudit arrêt, le Tribunal a estimé que, les requérantes n’ayant pas produit le moindre indice de nature à mettre en cause la présomption de validité qui s’attache aux actes des institutions, il ne lui appartenait pas d’ordonner les mesures d’instruction sollicitées.
