Anyone reading carefully the judgment of Mr. Justice Sopinka will see that it reads as though the policemen are the culprits, that somehow or other Michael Feeney is sacred and innocent, even though he was found splattered in blood just hours afterward, and that something terrible has been done to him by the police.
