Since the start of work on the GALILEO programme, matters connected with the security of the system were the subject of detailed studies by two bodies, namely the GSSB (Galileo System Security Board), informal group of experts whose work was coordinated by the European Commission, and the GSAB (Galileo Security Advisory Board), set up by the European Space Agency.
Dès le début des travaux sur le programme GALILEO, les questions liées à la sécurité du système furent l'objet d'études approfondis de la part de deux instances : d'un côté le GSSB (« GALILEO System Security Board »), groupe informel d'experts dont le travail était coordonné par la Commission ; d'un autre côté le GSAB (« GALILEO Security Advisory Board ») créé par l'Agence spatiale européenne.

1. The Platform shall cooperate effectively and shall avoid duplication of work with other relevant expert groups and committees at Union level whose work has a link with undeclared work, in particular, the Senior Labour Inspectors Committee, the Expert Committee on Posting of Workers, the Administrative Commission for Social Security Coordination, the Public Employment Services Network, EMCO, SPC and the Working Group on Administrative Cooperation in the field of Direct Taxation.

On the other hand, it would not be in our interests to support agencies whose work we cannot see as being of any discernible consequence and which do not produce any visible results.
Il ne serait par contre pas dans notre intérêt de soutenir des agences dont nous ne connaissons pas le travail et qui ne livrent aucun résultat perceptible.

Training should enable teachers and trainers (whose problems are different, but have an impact in much the same way) to motivate their pupils not only to learn the vocational skills they need, but also to assume the responsibility for that unique and individual pathway which alone can bring them the competences required in society and in work today.
La formation devrait permettre aux enseignants et formateurs (dont les problèmes sont différents, mais dont l'influence est assez semblable) d'encourager leurs élèves non seulement à acquérir les compétences professionnelles dont ils ont besoin, mais également à assumer la responsabilité de ce parcours personnel qui, seul, peut les doter des compétences nécessaires dans la société et le monde du travail actuels.
