I realize that much needs to be done. There are many who say that people in the north are receiving subsidies, but there is one thing that needs to be pointed out to the citizens of Canada and of Quebec and that is that, for every dollar we give our Inuit friends, 97 cents always comes back to the south.
Il y a bien des gens qui disent qu'on donne des contributions, des subventions aux gens du Nord, mais il y a une chose qu'il faut dire à la population canadienne et québécoise, c'est que lorsque nous donnons un dollar à nos amis inuits, il y a toujours 97c. qui reviennent dans le sud.
