I am sure it does vary in places like Alberta right now, where there is a labour shortage. But again, I'm thinking of my neck of the woods, which is Ontario, specifically Toronto, the most expensive city in the country, and I imagine that someone who is an adult over 25, living on weekly earnings even slightly higher than this, would find it extremely difficult.
