The Commission, having in mind that a restructuring programme can never be carried out rigidly but that a certain flexibility is needed and that the overall BvS (Bundesanstalt für vereinigungsbedingte Sonderaufgaben) contribution is not altered, finds the unnotified changes compatible with the common market and that there is no infringement of it's decision of 29 May 1996.
Considérant qu'un programme de restructuration ne saurait être mis en œuvre de façon rigide, qu'il demande au contraire une certaine souplesse et que la contribution totale de la BvS (Bundesanstalt für vereinigungsbedingte Sonderaufgaben) reste inchangée, la Commission est d'avis que les modifications non notifiées sont compatibles avec le marché commun et que sa décision du 29 mai 1996 n'a pas été enfreinte.
