Within the refugee community I sometimes hear back from people, and my sense is that people who are having troubles are going to have troubles whether they're in Toronto or Montreal or Halifax. But I certainly have the sense that some people choose to go away from here because either they have a community of their own ethnicity somewhere else and they're persuaded that it's the right place to be, or they really don't want this particular lifestyle, and there are not many jobs here.
