If we're going to have bills go through—and I'm not suggesting we don't, because the issue is not whether we do it or not, the issue is why we don't do a proper, comprehensive package and really deal with the issue of redress, however we want to do it, whether it is through the establishment of a museum somewhere, educational materials, a virtual museum even in terms of access—I think there needs to be a package.
