The road map for lasting change was clearly laid out at the Sarajevo stability pact summit last July in which Prime Minister Chrétien joined his colleagues from around the world in offering a viable plan for greater democracy, peace, and prosperity through a process of reform and deeper integration into European and Euro-Atlantic institutions.
La voie menant à des changements durables a été clairement tracée en juillet dernier au Sommet du Pacte de stabilité de Sarajevo où le premier ministre Chrétien s'est joint à d'autres dirigeants mondiaux pour offrir un plan viable conduisant à plus de démocratie, de paix et de prospérité grâce à une intégration accrue des institutions euro-atlantiques.
