The Parties take note that, according to the current Pakistan Citizenship Act, 1951, and the Rules made thereunder, a citizen of Pakistan cannot renounce his citizenship without having acquired or having been given a valid document assuring the grant of citizenship or nationality of another State.
Les parties prennent acte de ce que, conformément à la loi sur la citoyenneté de 1951 actuellement en vigueur au Pakistan et aux règles qui en découlent, un citoyen pakistanais ne peut renoncer à sa citoyenneté sans avoir obtenu ou reçu un document en cours de validité lui assurant l’octroi de la citoyenneté ou de la nationalité d’un autre État.
