STATE AID / SPAIN (NAVARRA) No 35/95 The Commission, on a proposal from Mr Franz Fischler, has decided to initiate the procedure provided for in Article 93(2) of the EC Treaty against aid granted by the Navarra Government to the company Carnicas el Sadar, set up by the former workers of the company Pamplonica which went bankrupt.
AIDES D'ETAT / ESPAGNE (Navarra) No NN 35/95 La Commission, sur proposition de Mr Franz Fischler, a décidé d'ouvrir la procédure prévue à l'article 93 paragraphe 2 du traité CE à l'encontre d'une aide octroyée par le Gouvernement de Navarra à l'entreprise Carnicas el Sadar entreprise constitue par les anciens travailleurs de l'entreprise Pamplonica qui est tombée en faillite.
