We should not expect that tomorrow morning, next month or five years from now, the Government of Canada, through the National Capital Commission, will decide to build a zoo, an amusement park, water slides or other things without consulting the neighbouring municipalities, the general public and obviously also the Government of Quebec.
Il ne faudrait pas s'attendre à ce que demain matin, le mois prochain ou dans cinq ans, le gouvernement du Canada, par l'entremise de la Commission de la capitale nationale, décide d'installer un zoo, un parc d'amusement public, des glissoires d'eau ou d'autres choses sans faire une consultation qui inclurait non seulement les municipalités avoisinantes, la population en général, mais évidemment aussi le gouvernement du Québec.
