From the balance, the ordinary genéral meeting may, by resolution on a proposal from the Board of Directors, determine as it thinks fit the amounts to be deducted (up to the full amount of that balance) whether for carrying forward to the next financial year, for additional depreciation of the assets or for payment into a provident fund or to one or more general or special reserve funds.
