Senator Dallaire: If I may, if somebody commits vandalism to a monument and we recognize it as vandalism to destroy a memorial in any sort of permanent fashion, I've commanded a garrison that had hundreds of these things in it, and I can tell you there was one occasion where people spray-painted one of them.
