I would suggest on behalf of the Canadian council that for the interim, a subcommittee of this committee, or indeed this committee, be expanded to include members of the public, perhaps three; former justices of the Supreme Court for instance, former Chief Justice Lamer or Mr. Justice Cory, and I noted and read former Madam Justice Claire L'Heureux-Dubé's testimony here; and a member of the public who is well known let me throw out a name, someone who is well recognized as kind of an ear of Canada, such as Rex Murphy.
