Mr. Speaker, the second petition is from residents of Thunder Bay, Sudbury, and Winnipeg, calling on the Government of Canada to abandon its promotional stance toward the northern gateway project and ensure it has a full and neutral review, bearing in mind that so far the proponent has not dealt with the subject it plans to put through the pipelines, bitumen and diluent.
Monsieur le Président, la deuxième pétition est signée par des habitants de Thunder Bay, de Sudbury et de Winnipeg, qui demandent au gouvernement de cesser de faire la promotion du projet Northern Gateway et de s'assurer de procéder à un examen complet et neutre, et de ne pas oublier que le promoteur n'a pas réglé la question des produits qu'il prévoit acheminer par l'oléoduc, soit le bitume et le diluant.
