Beko Elektronik, a subsidiary of Turkish industrial group Koç Holdings, and Alba Plc announced earlier this year that they were creating a joint venture to acquire the development and marketing operations of Grundig, the German consumer electronics products manufacturer, which was placed under insolvency administration last year.
Beko Elektronik, une filiale du groupe industriel turc Koç Holdings, et Alba Plc avaient annoncé au début de l'année qu'ils entendaient créer une entreprise commune pour acquérir les activités de développement et de commercialisation de Grundig, le fabricant allemand de produits électroniques destinés au grand public, qui avait été placé l'année dernière sous administration judiciaire en raison de son insolvabilité.
