Although, in theory, there is a separation of powers of state, in accordance with democratic principles, in practical terms, one man, President Traian Băsescu, controls all the power in Romania, dictating his orders willy-nilly and abusing power on a daily basis, all in an attempt to destroy the political opposition and stifle any voice which speaks out to offer a viable alternative to the catastrophic Băsescu-Boc administration.
Bien qu’en théorie il existe une séparation des pouvoirs de l’État en accord avec les principes démocratiques, en pratique, un homme, le président Traian Băsescu contrôle tous les pouvoirs en Roumanie, dictant ses ordres bon gré mal gré et abusant de ses pouvoirs quotidiennement, tout cela dans une optique de destruction de l’opposition politique et d’étouffer toute voix qui s’élève pour offrir une alternative valable à la gouvernance catastrophique de Băsescu-Boc.
