Although the existence of such a link could be precluded for 2009, in view in particular of the date of entry into force and implementation of Law No 2009-258 of 5 March 2009 on public broadcasting, a doubt remained for the future, given the declarations made by the highest French authorities.
Si l’existence d’un tel lien pouvait être exclue pour l’année 2009, compte tenu notamment de la date d’entrée en vigueur et mise en œuvre de la loi no 2009-258 du 5 mars 2009 sur l’audiovisuel public, un doute subsistait pour l’avenir, eu égard aux déclarations faites par les plus hautes autorités françaises.
